I’m Georgina Bobb, a London-based Creative Entrepreneur, award-winning Production Manager, Film & TV Career Coach, Trainer, and Founder of The PM Boutique Ltd. With 15 years of experience working across major UK broadcasters and production companies, I’m committed to empowering creatives, supporting productions, and driving authentic representation in the screen industries.
My work blends creativity, operational excellence, advocacy, and mentorship. I help people and productions thrive — from developing powerful digital content to coaching emerging talent and delivering workshops that reshape what the industry can look like.
I began my journey in television over 15 years ago, building a career across factual, factual entertainment, digital-first production, branded content, and short-form media. I’ve worked with major broadcasters including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Discovery and top-tier production companies, managing content from development through to delivery.Alongside production, I became increasingly passionate about supporting the people behind the work — especially those from underrepresented backgrounds who often face barriers entering and progressing in the industry. This led me into career coaching, training, and talent development, eventually expanding my mission into a full creative business.Today, I run The PM Boutique Ltd, a multi-service company delivering Production Management, Content Studio services, and Creative Career Coaching — all centred on impact, empowerment, and authenticity.
Throughout my career, I’ve managed, coordinated and delivered content across:
My experience spans more than 50 broadcast credits, international shoots, large-scale projects, and fast-turnaround digital content.I’m also a trained presenter with experience delivering vox pops, interviews, online hosting, and digital content pieces.
I’m proud to be recognised for my contribution to the creative industries and commitment to diversity and empowerment:
🏆 BAFTA Member
🏆 WFTV (Women in Film & TV) Member
🏆 We Are The City Rising Star Award Winner 2019 – Creative Industries
🏆 Wonder Women TV Mentee 2024
🏆 TV Collective Breakthrough Leader 2023
🏆 Former National Film & Television School Student
These achievements reflect my dedication to championing diverse voices, supporting future talent, and shaping a more inclusive creative landscape.

Everything I do is rooted in:
Helping people show up as their true selves, without hiding or shrinking their identity.
I advocate for more representation, access, and opportunity for creatives from non-white, working-class, and underrepresented backgrounds.
As someone with lived experience, I support healthier, kinder work environments where people can succeed without sacrificing wellbeing.
I believe in providing creatives with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to build sustainable careers.
Whether through content or coaching, my mission is to inspire impact, connection, and positive change.
