I am an award-winning Television and Short Form Content Production Manager, Entrepreneur, Speaker, Mentor, Career Coach, Trainer, and Presenter with over 15 years of experience in broadcasting, television production (long form), online video production, and branded content (short form).
Currently, I work as an in-house Production Manager at Dream Bay Group, where I oversee and manage productions for their YouTube channel Unpolished. Alongside this role, I operate as a Limited Company and Founder of The PM Boutique, a production management agency that provides professional support and expertise to creative projects across television, film, and branded content. I also run The Screen Social a networking party for creatives and industry professionals.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various roles, from Production Manager to Junior Researcher, across UK and international content in all television genres. I’ve contributed to prime-time entertainment and factual entertainment productions for major broadcasters like BBC and ITV, accumulating over 50 TV broadcasting credits. Additionally, I have directed, produced, and production managed music promos, live events, and commercials that have been broadcast internationally and screened online. I’ve helped launch the careers of many globally recognized UK celebrities and music artists, including Ed Sheeran.
In addition to my production work, I am also a presenter and have created and produced my own content online, which allows me to share my expertise and connect with wider audiences. My passion for empowering young people, especially from underrepresented backgrounds, led me to create and deliver employability workshops and mentoring through my career coaching business, where I’ve helped clients secure opportunities with industry leaders like the BBC and Lime Pictures.
Mental health advocacy is a significant part of my life. Living with bipolar disorder, I am committed to breaking the stigma around mental health in the workplace. I have appeared on BBC Two’s Victoria Derbyshire Show, BBC News, and Channel 5 News, where I shared my personal journey. I've been featured in The Independent and New Magazine for my work around mental health. I’ve previously volunteered with Rethink Mental Illness and Bipolar UK, advocating for those affected by mental health conditions.
I’ve also been recognized with the We Are The City Top 100 Women award, ranking in the top 5 in my category for services to the creative industries. Most recently, I relaunched my business, where I continue to help media professionals in TV and film achieve their career goals through coaching, mentoring, events, and training. To date, I’ve supported over 1,000 industry professionals in their careers—a proud achievement.
Away from work, I am a huge dancehall music fan, and I bring that same energy and passion for creativity into everything I do.
